Tektronix MDO4034B-3 is the first oscilloscope in the world with an integrated spectrum analyzer.
The MDO4034B-3 allows you to do analysis in the time domain as well as in the frequency domain. The real strength of the MDO-4034B-3 is its ability to correlate signals in the frequency domain with the phenomena that cause in the time domain.
When the spectrum analyzer is on and digital channels are connected, The screen is divided into two windows. The high window is equivalent to the traditional oscilloscope display in the time domain. The lower part of the screen displays the frequency range of the spectrum analyzer input. The frequency signal displayed at the bottom is not only an FFT of the analog or digital inputs MDO 4034B-3, but a spectrum obtained by the spectrum analyzer input.
